Meet the ROUSH Executives
Jack Roush
Chairman, ROUSH Enterprises

Jack Roush, chairman of the Board of Directors of ROUSH Enterprises, Inc., began his automotive career in 1964, when he was recruited by Ford Motor Company to work on the processing of car assembling and tooling. A mere 12 years later, Roush formed Jack Roush Performance Engineering. His success at the racetrack and his reputation as a performance engineer helped deliver project after project to his doorstep. Roush is also a leader off the track — offering for sale the parts he developed for his own team and expanding the company by offering propane-autogas-fueled vehicles designed for fleet usage.
Roush attended Berea College, receiving a mathematics degree with a minor in physics. He obtained a master’s degree in scientific mathematics from Eastern Michigan University. Roush resides in Northville, Michigan.
Evan Lyall
CEO, ROUSH Enterprises

In 1981, Evan Lyall began his career with ROUSH as a summer intern for Jack Roush. During his 28-year tenure with ROUSH, he has held various positions in accounting, finance, operations, and motorsports activities, until his appointment to CEO in 2001. An integral part of the leadership team, Lyall helped transform JRPE into ROUSH Enterprises, a multinational firm engaged in automotive engineering, product development, aftermarket performance parts, alternative fuels technology, plastics manufacturing, and motorsports.
Lyall attended Michigan State University and University of Michigan-Dearborn and holds a B.A. in Economics. He lives in Novi, Michigan, with his wife and two children.
Joe Thompson
President, ROUSH CleanTech

Raised in southern and central Ohio and educated at Ohio University, Joe joined ROUSH Performance, the automotive products division of ROUSH Enterprises, in 1996. In 2004, he was named executive vice president, the youngest in ROUSH history. Under Thompson’s direction, ROUSH Performance became one of the premier brands in the automotive aftermarket segment. His strategic approach to sales, distribution and marketing, along with product development drove a growth curve of more than 500 percent in a period of 18 months.
Feeling that ROUSH’s performance products business was well on its way, he left to lead a new alternative fuel initiative in 2010, and ROUSH CleanTech was born.
Today he serves as president of ROUSH CleanTech and readily admits this is his most significant appointment to change our country. He passionately believes in domestic sources of energy. With the resources of Roush at his disposal, he and his team are in the midst of a broader product adoption of their American transportation energy – propane autogas. Joe looks forward to sharing his experiences and knowledge with this industry sector.
He currently resides in Ann Arbor, Mich., with his wife, Zoe, and sons, Cal and Ty.
Todd Mouw
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, ROUSH CleanTech

Todd Mouw brings more than 15 years of experience in the automotive and high tech industries to ROUSH CleanTech. He manages the national sales staff, leading the charge in helping Fortune 500 fleets find ways to reduce their carbon footprint and operating costs through utilizing alternative fuel technologies. Mouw has been working with fleets to incorporate liquid propane autogas vehicles into their fleet programs and has seen great interest in ROUSH CleanTech propane autogas vehicles.
Mouw, a recipient of the 2011 Green Fleet Sustainable All-Star Award, has considerable sales and marketing experience with Ford, GM, and Chrysler on their dealer, fleet, and consumer communications programs. He also serves as the past and current president of the Green Truck Association, which is part of the National Truck Equipment Association.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Mouw resides in Royal Oak, Michigan with his wife and their two golden retrievers.
