How To Order
Retrofit a Vehicle You Already Own
If you already purchased a 2007 or newer Ford E-350 DRW cutaway van, you can convert your vehicle and begin saving money by installing a ROUSH CleanTech liquid propane injection system in your 5.4-liter V8 configuration. These retrofit systems can be installed at any one of our ROUSH CleanTech authorized installation centers.
The 41-gallon tank, which replaces the aft of rear axle gasoline tank, gives you plenty of range between refueling. Upfitter body applications can be installed with no issue, since the location for the new fuel tank doesn’t affect Ford body specs. For ordering information and price, please call 800.59.ROUSH or contact one of our authorized dealers.

System Overview
The propane autogas conversion process is fairly simplistic for the engineers at ROUSH CleanTech. The components are all designed to fit within the same mounting points of the aft of rear axle gasoline tank found on the original vehicle frame. This location is also designed so that it doesn’t interfere with Ford body specs, thus making upfitter installation without further modification possible. The system can be broken down into a few primary assemblies:
-
Fuel Rail
- Fuel Injectors
- Injection Pressure / Temperature Sensor
-
Fuel Lines
- Flow Control Solenoid
-
Fuel Tank
- Fuel Pump
- Fuel Level Sensor
-
Calibration
- Wiring Harness
