ROUSH CleanTech Celebrates Five Years
Dear Partners of ROUSH CleanTech,
This year marks the fifth anniversary of ROUSH CleanTech! We debuted as a separate entity in 2010 after successfully engineering the Ford F-150 autogas fuel system using a grant from the Propane Education & Research Council.
In this short period of time, we have:
- Expanded our portfolio to include 12 Ford commercial models.
- Developed autogas fuel systems for two Blue Bird school bus types.
- Sold more than 8,000 units.
- Moved into our state of the art manufacturing facility.
- Grown from six employees to 90.
- Opened more than 375 service locations.
My introduction to propane autogas technology started well before working for this company. As the head of logistics for a home medical equipment distributor, I was in the same position as the folks who are your customers. During my tenure, I switched more than 25 percent of the company’s fleet to run on propane autogas.
