Last month, the Propane Engine Fuel Summit brought together many leaders in the propane industry. A recurring theme throughout the summit was the importance of customer service. 
 
In addition to providing customer service through quality, cutting-edge propane autogas technology, we must offer support to our customers once vehicles have been purchased. Customer service has been a priority at ROUSH CleanTech since day one. And you, our valued partner, are an extension of this network.
 
Here are some of the valuable tools we offer our partners to help ensure unparalleled service:
Web-based training program. This training is available to all technicians from our authorized service centers. A certificate of completion is awarded to each person who successfully completes the course. 
Repair videos. We provide a number of online training videos that you can access at your convenience. 
Onsite training. Our team of field service engineers can visit your site to give technicians and managers onsite training of our fuel systems. 
Toll-free hotline. We are a phone call away to answer your questions about our autogas fuel system. Call 800.59.ROUSH between the business hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST.
