PUBLIC FLEET GRANTS

Federal, State, City, and Municipal fleets can benefit from grant funding available around the country to help off-set the incremental cost to convert a vehicle to clean-burning propane autogas.

National Clean Diesel Funding Assistance Program

Up to $20 million in funding for diesel reduction projects in 2012, administered by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Incentives for the Purchase of "Near-Zero Emission" Medium-Duty and Medium-Heavy-Duty Vehicles

Up to $2.5 million in funding for near-zero emission vehicles in the South Coast Air Quality Management District in 2012, administered by Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee.

Alternative Fuel School Bus Incentive Program

Up to $1.5 million in funding for vendors of alternative fuel school buses in the South Coast Air Quality Management District in 2012, administered by Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee.

Major Event Center Transportation Programs

Up to $2 million in funding for new public transportation programs in the South Coast Air Quality Management District in 2012, administered by Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee.

Local Government Match Program

Up to $6.5 million in funding for cities and counties in the South Coast Air Quality Management District in 2012, administered by Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee.

Clean Fuels Grant Program

Up to $51.5 million in funding for clean fuel and advanced propulsion technologies projects in 2012, administered by the Federal Transit Administration.

Request for Proposals: Alternative Fuel Vehicles

Up to $1 million in funding for 2012, administered by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.

Open To: PUBLIC and PRIVATE fleets in NEW HAMPSHIRE.

Texas Clean Vehicles Program

Up to 75% of the cost of conversion available until funds are exhausted, administered by the Houston-Galveston Area Council.

Open To: PUBLIC and PRIVATE fleets in TEXAS.

Ohio Diesel Emission Reduction Grant Program

Up to $10 million in funding for clean diesel projects in 2012, administered by Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
