Greene Central School District Saves Green by ‘Going Green’

Village of Greene, NY (WBNG Binghamton) “Going green” — a trend the Greene Central School District has been pursuing in recent years, and making large investments in. But the environment isn’t the only green thing the district is beginning to save.
“Our initiative was to become more green and to look at efficiencies,” Mark Rubitski, the business manager for the Greene Central School District said.
