Less Traffic, Lower Emissions  Crew Transportation Company Rides Clean with Propane Autogas

August 27, 2012 — Renzenberger, Inc., a leading provider of safe, reliable and green railroad crew transportation and business solutions, unveiled 10 new 2012 ROUSH CleanTech propane autogas fueled Ford E-350 shuttle vans for their California fleet.

Estimates show Renzenberger, Inc., a leading provider of safe, reliable and green railroad crew transportation and business solutions, will eliminate nearly 400,000 pounds in carbon dioxide emissions per year and save approximately $14,500 per vehicle in fuel costs by incorporating 10 new 2012 ROUSH CleanTech propane autogas fueled Ford E-350 shuttle vans into their California fleet. The vehicles were unveiled last week at the Less Traffic, Lower Emissions — Crew Transportation Company Rides Clean with Propane Autogas” event held at the BNSF San Bernardino Intermodal Facility in San Benardino, Calif.

Executives from Renzenberger and ROUSH CleanTech demonstrated the benefits that this cleaner, less expensive and domestically produced fuel will deliver both to the company and the community in which they operate, while attendees experienced the performance of propane autogas by test-driving the vehicles. Renzenberger plans to add an additional 200 propane autogas vehicles to the company’s fleet within the next two years. A video of the event may be found here.
