There’s No ‘I’ In Team

Dear Friends of ROUSH CleanTech,

At ROUSH CleanTech, we are dedicated to creating the most robust service network in the alternative fuels industry. To accomplish this, we have a field service team focused on expanding the service network, minimizing vehicle downtime and increasing the number of mechanics trained on alternative fuels. I’d like to take a minute and recognize the excellent team we’ve assembled at ROUSH CleanTech, and explain what their role is on the team.

Tom Markham is our field service engineer located on the west coast of the United States. He handles training service centers, minimizing customer issues and acts as a point of contact for service centers with questions about our propane autogas technology.

Another member of the team is Evan King, a field service engineer tasked with training and maintaining our installation center network. He is often on the road at on-site visits training installation centers how to perform propane autogas fuel system installations.

Mario Genovese is our field service engineer who focuses specifically on Blue Bird school bus deployments and training. Mario prepares service centers for the arrival of propane autogas school buses in their location. He also offers technical service on the phone line, 800.59.ROUSH.

Our warranty administrator, Laura Garman, reduces vehicle downtime by shipping replacement parts when an occasional problem occurs. She’s responsible for claim payment, customer service and is very active in expanding our dealer network.  Laura is always quick with turnaround time and works closely with our technicians to handle any problems that come up in the field.

Lance Suttle is our training program coordinator. He is responsible for ensuring that all ROUSH CleanTech Authorized Service Centers and Installation Centers are knowledgeable in the technology, service and repair procedures and system conversions through the development and management of our training programs.

With a focus on data collection and analysis of warranty claims, Kerry Adams, officially the warranty analyst, is the individual responsible for analyzing all the data. He gathers information from the service team that helps ROUSH CleanTech determine where to focus our attention next.

This service team is the best in the alternative fuels industry and is available if you have any questions. Please give us a call today at 800.59.ROUSH.

Thank you,

Brent Robb
