In 2013, we have experienced a dramatic increase in the number of ROUSH CleanTech propane autogas vehicles on the road. Our most important mission is to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry, as we know vehicle downtime is a critical measurement for success — or failure — of a program. 

To help increase your success, in 2013, we:

  • Added more than 100 service locations, totaling over 270 nationwide.
  • Trained more than 500 individuals how to work on our fuel systems — totaling over 700.

We have invested significantly in new systems and technology. In the next 60 days, we will double the size of our field operations team to better serve you and your customers.

Our industry-leading field service team will help diagnose issues in the field, provide maintenance training at service locations, answer service calls, and share engineering expertise with service centers.

We also want to make sure that every single customer has excellent field service support and a nearby service center capable of maintaining propane autogas vehicles. Our new field service manager will oversee that process — plus run the department’s day-to-day operations.
